We are here with another very special episode because we had the participation of 2 amazing people from the community:
Fernando Ike, who is CTO at Grupo Escola Mais, and Tatiane Paya, who is IT Governance Manager at iFood.
This was a very cool chat about their experience in how to influence and be influenced towards changes in the company's culture.
We talked a bit about the role of leadership in this process, and how important the participation and alignment of all levels are towards the same vision.
Leadership plays a fundamental role, for better or for worse!
We also spoke about team autonomy processes and about not telling people exactly how to execute tasks, but rather pointing out directions and aligning teams.
If you (as a leader) speak very poorly of your team, look at yourself in the mirror!
