DevOps evolution model case with Bruno Rocha from Creditas

The DevOps evolution model takes place at Creditas and the person who came to share how this is done in practice was Bruno Rocha, Tech Lead of the company that in 2020 was considered the main online platform for secured credit in Brazil.

When Bruno joined the company in 2018, the startup already had a DevOps culture and the team was doing well in the transition from normalization to standardization, but when the expansion phase arrived, they realized that the process was very sluggish, from an Infrastructure standpoint, and that something had to be done to alleviate this bottleneck.

The challenge of bringing more agility to the Infrastructure onboarding automation process was solved with the creation of a hub of professionals inspired by the platform-as-a-product model, and things have been working out!
