#85 - Post-Black Friday Wrap-up

Kubicast makes its 2022 debut  bringing back the illustrious Guilherme Valle and Marcos Antônio Moraes from Americanas s.a to tell us how last year's Black Friday operation went. 

With over 100 clusters to manage, these guys plan the event 11 months in advance. Upgrading Kubernetes and adding new features to the platform are things that aren't left for the last minute. All of this so that, days before, only a few tests are needed, such as load increase testing, for example. 

In addition to the questions about this massive operation, Kubicast also wanted to know how they have been dealing with AWS since the end of 2021, how they keep different cloud environments (AWS and GCP) aligned, and how they maintain visibility over all of this while complying with the LGPD.
