Banco Rendimento accelerates Pix project with Kubernetes

Banco Rendimento, which operates in the Middle Market sector, expanded its contract with Getup this year to also support the Pix project, an unprecedented instant financial transaction system from the Central Bank of Brazil, in a Kubernetes environment.

With the involvement of about 20 professionals from the corporation's Technology area and the Getup team, Rendimento's Pix is taking firm steps towards its market debut, scheduled for November 16. The choice of Getup was motivated by the company's proven competence in other bank projects, such as the implementation of Kubernetes environments to run new web applications and payment and current account inquiry APIs.

Getup is the only company in Brazil fully focused and specialized in providing services for Kubernetes. The open-source application orchestration technology in containers reduces team overhead, in addition to delivering a unique experience regardless of the Infrastructure.

The architecture with Kubernetes raises the performance level of companies while making the work of DevOps more productive.
